Contact me to make sure I'm available to proofread your transcript. I will need to know how many pages it is and what turnaround time you need. I will reply quickly to confirm the turnaround time and my rate for your job. If this is your first job with me, please fill out a reporter's preference sheet as style varies greatly among court reporters.
Step 2:
Email me your transcript in PDF format. This allows me to make corrections/suggestions directly on the page and line where they apply. If you need to convert your file to PDF format, I recommend using the free PDF printer www.CutePDF.com
Step 3:

I will send you an email confirming receipt of your transcript. Turnaround time begins when I receive the complete transcript.
Step 4:
I will proofread your transcript according to your preferences. Corrections will be made to your PDF copy in yellow and red. I will contact you via email with any major questions or concerns.
Step 5:
I will return only the corrected pages to you via email. Please be sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader so that you will clearly see my red and yellow marks. You will receive your transcript back on time. Every time.

I will invoice you. If you are a new customer, I will invoice you upon job completion. Payment is due within 10 days. Returning customers will be billed on the first and fifteenth of each month. Payment is due within 15 days.
