Your Preferences
I encourage all new reporters to fill out a preference sheet which I will keep on file. This saves both of us time, avoids misunderstandings, and allows me to provide you with a transcript based on your preferences.
Turnaround Times
I offer various turnaround times and rates to fit your needs. Turnaround time starts from the timestamp of my email confirming receipt of your transcript. Time will be calculated in the reporter's time zone. You will receive your proofed transcript within the promised time.
